In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, and oat bran. Mix well, then add the seasonings. Continue mixing with your hands until everything is well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs.

Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or olive oil, or your preferred oil). Add the meatballs and cook until lightly browned on all sides.

Remove from the heat.

In the same skillet, add the tomato sauce and cook for a few minutes.

Add the meatballs back to the skillet, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until fully cooked through.
