Ingredients

  1. 200 gthin beef steak
  2. 2pak choi
  3. 2.5 cmfresh ginger
  4. 1 tbspdark soy sauce

Steps

    Separate and wash the Pak Choi removing any dirt.

  2. 2

    Peel ginger and slice into fine strips (julienne)

  3. 3

    Slice beef into thin strips (these will cook quickly and will be tender). Drizzle with a little vegetable oil.

  4. 4

    Add beef to a hot frying pan. Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add ginger to the pan, cooking for 1 more minute.

  6. 6

    Add a generous splash of soy sauce to the pan and the Pak Choi, stirring for 2 more minutes. They should be wilted but not too floppy!

  7. 7

    Serve with fluffy rice.

Love this dish. Sometimes do this with oyster sauce and brocoli. Just as good.
