Make a fine paste of mustard, sounf, garlic, red chilli, some coriander leaves

Wash the dry fish in Lukewarm water and keep a side

In a pan add 1 to 2 spoon oil. And fry the fish for 2 mins.Remove it in a plate

In a kadhai put some oil crack mustard seeds. Add the mustard paste and saute add tomatoes immediately. And fry add salt, turmeric powder, bamboo shoots and fry. Simmer the flame, and cover the kadhai with a lid.

Cook u till the tomato soften. Now add the tawa fried fish 🐠 mix well add little water. And slow the flame. Cover with a lid for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves. A delicious aromat, Besar sukha machh is ready.Serve hot with rice.
