For churi:-

Take wheat flour and mix desi ghee properly until no lumps is there.

Make a tight dough of it and make dough of required size.

Now preheat the ghee and fry this dough balls in low flame and cook until it get brown.

Now break this balls into small pieces and crushed it in a mixer.

Add sugar and grind it.

For jeera:-

Take a pan add cumin seeds and cook jeera until it get brown.

Take jeera out of pan.

Now in another pan add 1 cup water and jaggery and cook it to make a syrup.

Crush the jeera only for few sec.It should not be crushed in a powder. And it should be lightly crushed.

Add jeera in syrup and mix.
