Ingredients

  • 1/4cabbage
  • 3carrots
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato(optional)
  • 1 tbspOil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the vegetables. Grate carrots, and shred the cabbage.mix together.

  2. 2

    Put oil on your pan,add onions, saute for 4 mins,don't brown them,add in tomato plus the vegetables. Cover and let it cook for 3 min.serve
