Soak yellow split peas for 5 to 6 hours then drain all water

In a big pan add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil, curry leaves and mustard seed for 1 minute on low heat

Add required frying oil start to fry potatoes until golden and crispy remove and let drain all the excess oil

Add flaten rice flakes small portion on low heat until puffed and crispy

Add yellow split peas fry for few minutes or until colour change remove and drain oil

Fry cashew nuts and almonds for few minutes or until colour change remove and let drain

Add peanuts until brown light remove and let drain the oil

In small bowl add suagr. Salt. Tumeric and chill powder mix well

In big bowl add everything and sprinkle salt mixer and mix well

I like to put on kitchen paper for drain excess oil cover for 20 minutes

Then store in a tight lid container
