Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • 3/4 cupMilk powder
  • 1 cupPowdered sugar
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 4 tbspCustard powder vanilla
  • 1 cup+ 4 tbspWarm milk
  • 1/2 cupVegetable Oil

Steps

    Mix the sugar with warm milk properly.now add oil into it and mix it to make a creamy mixture with balloon whisk.u can use electric blender also.

    Sieve all the dry ingredients and put it into a big bowl.make a well between the bowl and add the oil milk and sugar mixture to it.mix dry and wet ingredients properly.once cake batter is ready then take a thick bottom kadhai or pan and put it on the gas to preheat.put a stand or plate into the center of the kadhai.cover with a lid and preheat at medium flame.

    Grease a cake tin with oil and pour the cake batter into it.after 5 minutes put it inside the kadhai for baking and cover with a lid.bake it for 40 min at medium flame and 10 min at low flame.insert a toothpick or knife in the middle of the cake if it's clear then your cake is ready.

    Turn off the flame and keep it to cool down for 15 to 20 min.unmould the cake and enjoy tasty yummy and easy cake
