Steps

Beat eggs, baking powder, ground cardamon and sugar using a mixer at high speed.

Beat till it doubles in size and turns bubbly.

Add margarine and more sugar if you wish.

Add flour in parts and mix evenly. Mixture should be really soft.

In doughs, roll and cut to donut parts.

Fry to desired colour and let them cool.

When cooled, coat the donuts with the icing sugar.

Ready. Serve or store in a cool dry place.

Or with swahili coffee and more snacks!
