Steps
- 1
Take a wide bowl. Add refined flour, wheat flour, a pinch of salt and one tbsp oil. Mix them well.
- 2
Knead it to a smooth and soft dough by adding water as required. Cover it and set aside for 15 minutes.
- 3
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic, green chilli, ginger and saute for few seconds. Then add onion, capsicum, salt and saute for a minute or two. Next add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and saute for a while. Then add paneer and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves. Cover it and keep it aside.
- 4
Now make four equal sized balls of the dough. Roll each ball to make big chapati with the help of a rolling board and rolling pin.
- 5
Heat a griddle over medium flame and place a chapati on it. Toast each side of chapati with 1/2 tsp oil until light golden brown spots appear on both sides. Now add some of the prepared paneer mix and roll the chapati tightly with butter paper.
- 6
Repeat the process to make similar paneer roll with rest of the chapati and paneer mix.
- 7
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup of your choice.
