Fried Lady Fingers with Egg and Anchovies (Malaysian Style)

Simple fried vegetables to be served with any Kurma, Curry or Masak Lemak at home. Recommended for those have diebetics and high blood pressure. Just need to reduce the anchovies if you have high blood pressure 😆

Wash the lady finger, egg and anchovies. Cut onions, garlics and the lady finger by side.

Switch on the stove and ready the little wok on top of it. Put the oil and heat up. Fry the anchovies first. Then move to the side bit and fry the onions and garlics. After turned yellowish, break the egg and fry it. This dishes can be done without egg, but with egg tastier! TIPS: You can take out each of them after fried and then mix them again later. I just want to do it fast, so simply drag to the side of the wok 😆✌ You can add cut chillies if you want to make it more spicy!

Last but not least, put in all lady fingers that had been cut and mix them well. Put a pintch of salt and mix them well. So, taraaaa... it-s ready to be served! Get a plate and serve it! Eat hot with rice, seriously yummy! 😋😋😋
