Ingredients

1 small bunch spring onion
1brinjal chopped
1potato chopped
1 tspNigella seed
2green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

1

Heat oil in a work and temper Nigela seeds and chopped green chillies
2

Add chopped spring onion saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Cover it till it is soft
4

Now add the Brinjal sliced and saute well
5

Mix sugar stir fry well till it is soft
6

Serve it with rice or chapati
