Take 1 cup All purpose flour, suji,salt, ajwain,1/2 cup oil in parat. Mix all.

Knead tight dough using water.

Keep this dough aside for half an hour.

In the meanwhile we prepare stuffing.
Take 1 teaspoon oil in kadai, heat it. - 5
Add hing and jeera.

Add chopped potatoes and all spices.

Cool and mess it.

Now take ball from dough

Roll it using rolling pin.

Spread messed vegetable over it

Now roll it completely.

Now using knife cut it into pieces.

It will form a log.

Slowly press it.

Now take rest of all purpose flour

Wrap cut pieces into it.

Heat oil in wok. Dip fry all samosa.

Samosa are ready serve with desired chutney.
