Steps

Roughly chop french beans, culiflower, potato, pumpkin and carrots.

Transfer in a cooker, add salt, and cook till one whistle.

When pressure released completely mash all the cooked vegetables with potato masher. You can also use churn.

Heat a pan and add 1 spoon of butter.

Now add chopped onions and roast untill it turns pink.

Transfer it in a bowl.

Add 2 spoon butter and add cumin seeds, asofoetida and turmeric powder.

Now add chopped tomatoes and roast well.

Now add mashed vegetables and paavbhaji masala.

On a medium flame cook untill it turns little dry.

Add more butter.

On another tawa add some butter.

Cut the paav from the middle and roast them on tawa.

Serve hot with extra butter.
