  • 1/4pumpkin sliced
  • 1 tspsalt and turmeric powder
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • As neededoil

    Wash and put seasoning on the pumpkin slices

    Now heat oil and fry the slices from both sides

    Serve it with khichdi or rice
