Blueberry-cinnamon rolls

In a bowl mix all thr dry ingredients

Add in the margarine and knead till it becomes crumbly

Add in the eggs and vanilla essence and mix

Make dough by kneading with the warm milk

Place the dough in a warm place and let it proof for 30-35 mins or until double in size

Meanwhile prepare the filling by mixing blueberry jam, sugar, cinnamon and margarine to form a paste

Punch the proofed dough and roll it out into a largr square

Apply the filling all over the rolled dough. Then cut into strips and roll them up

Place on the baking tray and let them proof again for 15 mins

Apply eggwash and bake for 25- 30 mins. Enjoy
