Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 stickbutter (or 1/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Blender milk eggs sugar together with cinnamon

  2. 2

    Melt butter in cast iron skillet

  3. 3

    Preheat oven 425f

  4. 4

    Place egg mixture with hot melted butter

  5. 5

    Bake at 425F for 20min, then lower to 350F for 5 min
