Ingredients

  • 250 gred lentils
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 4green chillies
  • As neededOil for frying
  • 2 tspcorn flour or rice flour
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the lentils for 1/2 hour. Grind in mixer. Add all ingredients except oil.

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry the mixture till brown. Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce. Garnish with chat masala.
