Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgChole
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 bowlOnion paste
  • 1 bowlTomato puree
  • 1/4 tspSalt to taste,
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspChole masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Chole over night soak with salt. Boil in morning

  2. 2

    Take a pain. Add oil and on the flame. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for half minute and than add onion paste and cook for 2minutes

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree and again cook. All dry spices mix in and cook for 5 minutes. Add boil chole

  4. 4

    Cook for 10minutes and ready for serve.
