  • Potatoes
  • Water
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes

  2. 2

    Wash potatoes till last water is clear

  3. 3

    Cut into smaller pieces then dip into boiling water

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 minutes then drain water.

  5. 5

    Heat cooking oil in a pan then dip your half cooked potatoes

  6. 6

    Fry for 10 minutes then serve.
