  • Chicken
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic, ginger powder
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • leavesCurry,thyme
  • Soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients,add oil and tie in a polythene bag, refrigerate over night

    Pre heat the oven,place the chicken on the rack and allow to grill 20 mins on each side(depending on the toughness of your chicken)

  3. 3

    Use a fork to check if it's tender then remove out of the oven and serve,i garnished mine with an onion,green bell pepper and black pepper saute
