Ingredients

2 cupwhite beans
1big sweet potato
2cooking spoons red oil
1small bulb onion
1 table spooncrayfish
1 tea spoondried ground pepper
1Knorr cube

Steps

1

Wash beans thoroughly and put with water in a clean pot. Add diced onions and allow to boil until very soft
2

Cut potato in small sizes rinse properly and add to beans and allow to cook until very soft
3

Add oil, crayfish, dry pepper & knorr cubes with salt to taste. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
