Healthy Missi aata almonds cookies in kadhai..
Steps

First roughly grind almonds and keep aside

Take a bowl put missi aata, Melted butter, Powdered sugar, Baking powder, baking soda and vanilla essence and mix well

Now add water and make a dough of it and roll it and then cut it into pieces with the help of cookie cutter to give it a shape

Now take a kadhai put salt and place a ringlike stand in it and pre heat it

Now take a plate apply ghee and arrange cookies and put almond in the center of cookies And bake on low flame for 35 minutes or till golden in colour
