Ingredients

  • 1 bowlcooked peas rice
  • 3-4medium size tomato puree
  • 1medium size chopped onion, tomato and gajar
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tsppav bhaji masala
  • 1 tspgreen chilli, ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 tspoil
  • as neededChopped fresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add 2 tsp oil. Add jeera seeds and fry them for a few seconds till they become.

  2. 2

    Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for 30 sec.

  3. 3

    Then add onion and saute till light golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add tomato and gajar. Cook for 4 to 5 min. Tomatoes and hajar become pulpy and soften. Cover it.

  5. 5

    Add tomato puree and cook for 3 to 4 min. After 4 min add dry masala

  6. 6

    Add pavbhaji masala. Mix it well. Add water and cook for it.

  7. 7

    Add cooked rice and mix it well.

  8. 8

    2 to 3 min cook and ready for serve.

  9. 9

    Garnish with fresh coriander.
