Steps

Heat a pan add 2 tsp oil. Add jeera seeds and fry them for a few seconds till they become.

Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for 30 sec.

Then add onion and saute till light golden brown.

Add tomato and gajar. Cook for 4 to 5 min. Tomatoes and hajar become pulpy and soften. Cover it.

Add tomato puree and cook for 3 to 4 min. After 4 min add dry masala

Add pavbhaji masala. Mix it well. Add water and cook for it.

Add cooked rice and mix it well.

2 to 3 min cook and ready for serve.

Garnish with fresh coriander.
