In a clean bowl add in the butter,egg,sugar and milk. Mix well

Add in the ground g/nut and mix then add the flour

Scoop the batter and mold in to flat shape with your palm

Spread the ground g/nut all over the batter

Arrange on a baking tray and bake under low heat untill golden brown.

Serve with anything of your choice either tea, hot milk or juice.i served mine with orange juice

For the juice; cut the Oranges, squize and seive.serve cold
