Rinse a bowl and break the egg into the bowl, and add in salt, black pepper, and mix well.

Now heat oil in kadai, add onion, chopped green chilli, and fry until golden brown,

Now add chopped tomato, salt fry until they turn soft oil begins to separate, and add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and saute for a minute,

Pour the egg and scramble lightly, keep cooking and scramble once more, stir egg bhurji,

Cook until just cooked, switch off the flame, ready to serve.
