First we boil milk in medium flame.

Put the spoon on the back position on the pan and stuck the malai layers on side of the pan.

When the milk become 3/4 of the milk then add sugar in it.

When it comes on normal tampreture add the stuck malai in the milk left in the pan.
- 5
Last we add rose water,cordamomes powder and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
