  • 250 gkunde soaked overnight
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Halfa tsp baking powder (optional)
  • 2-3green chilli minced
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Blend the kunde or do it manual as shown to make a paste

    In a large bowl mix the kunde with the rest of ingredients and make sizeable oval patties

    Deep fry in medium hot oil until cooked.

    Serve while hot with your favourite chutney
