Steps

Mix flour,baking powder,salt and butter,add water to form a dough then cover and allow for abt 15mins

Boil fish with all the seasonings,debone and mash,heat a pan with oil,add grinded bonnet pepper and onions then add the fish and continue frying till it's done

Roll out the dough and cut it into a rectangle then add the fillings and roll then cut each roll into two halves

Pre heat the oven,egg wash and bake
