1-1/2 cupwheat flour
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1/4 cupolive oil
1/4 tea spoonbaking soda
1/2 tea spoonbaking powder
1/4 cupbeetroot puree
5 dropsvanilla essence

Take all dry ingredients.

Add oil, vanilla essence and mix well.

Now knead dough using beetroot puree.

Dough should be tight.

Cut into heart shape using cookie cutter.

Now take small balls and roll

Keep aside covered for 15 minutes

Bake in preheated microwave at 180 degree for 12 to 15 minutes.

Cool at room temperature.
Beetroot cookies are ready.
