Steps

Take khoya roast for 2 minutes.

Add beetroot puree, sugar and cardamom powder.

Add 1 teaspoon dessicated coconut powder and peeled and grinded peanut.

Cook till it becomes thick.

Cook till it leaves side of wok.

Now spread this to greased plate

Cool and cut into heart shape.

Garnish with rest of dessicated coconut.
