Cut carrot into long slices and Remove it's yellow part

In another pan add water and sugar till sugar dissolves add carrots in it

Let it cook on medium flame and let it boil

Let it boil till 1/2 taar chashni add Kesar water and cardamom powder

Carrot murraba ready
