Take a pan,pour the milk and boiled it on low flame for 10 min,now add soaked sago and mix it well,stir continue, now add sugar and mix it very well till sago turn little thick

Now at this point add grated beetroot into it and cook for 5 min,stir it now off the flame add powder Elaichi, let it cool,

It's ready to serve, garrnish with grated beetroot
