Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  • 2 bunchplantain
  • 1big Titus smoke fish
  • 1 handfulscent
  • 2Maggi cube
  • 4Peppers
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2cksp palm oil
  • 2cksp blended Crayfish
  • 1medium size of Onions
  • 3 cupswater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and cut your plantain and boil in a pot of clean water,add grounded Pepper, crayfish, onions and oil

  2. 2

    Add your Titus ice fish and boil for 12 minutes or till is tender

  3. 3

    Add your chop scent leaf and stir, off the gas and serve
