Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2 bunchplantain
  2. 1big Titus smoke fish
  3. 1 handfulscent
  4. 2Maggi cube
  5. 4Peppers
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2cksp palm oil
  8. 2cksp blended Crayfish
  9. 1medium size of Onions
  10. 3 cupswater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and cut your plantain and boil in a pot of clean water,add grounded Pepper, crayfish, onions and oil

  2. 2

    Add your Titus ice fish and boil for 12 minutes or till is tender

  3. 3

    Add your chop scent leaf and stir, off the gas and serve
