Keen on making some healthy snack for my valentine brought me this thought of the biscuit topping. Had 50:50 maska chaska with me. So very soon thought of what my toppings would be. Something rich,tasty,healthy and with the colour red to top it all. Do try this new combination of ingredients on biscuit topper. Just perfect for healthy mini snack bites.

Add chopped onions,deseeded chopped tomatoes and finely chopped coriander to a bowl

Sprinkle the salt and pepper powder

Squeeze the lemon
- 4
Add crumbled cottage cheese
- 5
Mix well

Now just before serving, place biscuits on a plate and spoon the topping. Decorate with pomegranate pearls. Voila your plate for your valentine is ready. What better than a healthy snack bite!
