Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmashed paneer
  • 4sandwich breads
  • 1/2 bowlchopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 bowlchopped onions
  • 1 bowlsweet corn
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 tbssalt

Steps

  1. 1

    For paneer :Heat ghee with jeera and rai seeds in a pan for five minutes

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions and tomatoes in ghee and cook for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Add green chillies and red chilli powder, salt for taste

    Fill the paneer bhurji on breads and keep it on toaster to make grilled paneer sandwich
