Crumble the paneer or grate it finely for better result.

Add paneer in a pan and heat it a bit. Add the ghee and cook till ghee melts and paneer and ghee are homogenous.

Add the milk and malai to the pan.

When the milk starts boiling reduce heat and add the sugar. Do not overheat. Cook on slow heat till sugar dissolves.

Add saffron and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped nuts.The consistency should be grainy. Enjoy it chilled in summers and warm in winters.
