Ingredients

  • 1 cupweat flour / maida
  • 1 1/3 cupmilk
  • 1 tsppowdered sugar
  • 2 tbsbutter / oil
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • to tasteSalt
  • For filling
  • as neededFresh strawberry
  • As neededChocolate syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    In medium bowl add all ingredients beat until smooth

    Heat pan & grease lightly with butter. Pour scant 1/2 cup batter into hot pan immediately tilting pan until batter cover bottom.cook until edges start to dry and center is set.turn and cook other side until light brown

  3. 3

    Crepes fiill one side with chocolate syrup and strawberries & fold the Crepes.Crepes ready to serve
