Ingredients

1/2 CupSooji
1/2 CupCorn Powder
1/2 CupCoconut Milk
1/2 CupMilk
1/2 CupSugar
1 TspBaking Powder
1 TbspBaking Soda

Steps

Soak Sooji and corn with half cup water for 20 mins

Grind and remove milk from coconut
3

Add the ingredients to the soaked Sooji and mix properly
4

Pour the mixture in idli mould and steam for 20 mind
5

Remove from heat let cool down,serve with tea,sprinkle some fresh Coconut on top.
