Pick and wash up the moringa leaves,put in a pot add water and boil for 2 minutes.drain the water and keep aside

In a pan add a tbsp of oil,add onion ginger and garlic sautee for some seconds.Add the sliced peppers and stir

Pour in the moringa leaves add seasoning and stir allow to cook for 2 minutes and stir in your eggs and mix well.leave on a low heat for another 2 minutes

Your healthy moringa is ready.You can eat alone or along with rice or cous-cous.ENJOY
