Steps

Slice yam, wash and set aside.

Clean smoked fish,wash with salt and spice with knor cube and pepper.

Add enough water to the fish, also add the oil to the pot and cover to steam for 10 mins

As the fish and oil are boiling, add yam slices, onions, crayfish, salt to taste and pepper, leave to cook
- 5
When yam is done and porridge is formed, u can now add your sliced vegetables into pot.

Allow to simmer for 5 mins and serve
