Ingredients

1 bowlboiled channa
2-3 chopped onions and tomatoes
as neededGinger and garlic
as requiredVegetable oil
as neededSalt
as neededRed chilli powder
as neededGaram masala
as neededTurmeric powder

Grind ginger, onion, garlic and tomatoes

Heat oil in a pan
3

Add all masalas
4

Cook the masala till it changes it colour
5

Then mix all the ingredients
6

Add channas and add.water as needed then cook for 5 to 10 min.
7

Ready to serve with rice or chapati
