Get a pan add small small oil depending on the amount of the condensed milk you are using put it on fire then add your condensed milk and be stirring until u get a thick mixture and brown in colour which shows your iloka is ready. Then you get a plate and rub on it then your it on top of the plate you can use knife to cut or allow it to cool and break it.
