First boil rice then strain and place it in the plate

Raita_ take a bowl put curd add pinch of salt, add fruits add raita masala whisk it then spread remaining fruits

Chicken_ first wash chicken pieces and in the big bowl

Add veg oil, add termaric powder, red chilli powder, add jeera dhania powder mix well all ingredients, and keep it for two hours

After that onion, tomato, garlic, ginger put in the blender and blend coarsely

Add pan in the oven add oil when it will be heated add bay leaves, then add jeera, then garam masala

Now will add onion tomato, garlic, ginger paste mix well stirring continuously, will stir up to oil evaporates then will add chicken pieces mix well next will add garam masala powder stirring continuously now will add salt mix well keep stirring until chicken will become soft and will gravy leaves oil

Now will add as needed water mix well cover with the lid with full flame keep it in same position for half an hour

Then low the flame keep it for forty five minutes

When it will done keep chicken gravy in another bowl
