  • 200 gbeef
  • 400 gred bean
  • 200 gcarrot
  • Spices
  • 2salad onion
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 0.5 tbsppepper
  • 5 slicesgarlic
  • 1 tbspMSG
  • 2 tbspcooking oil

Steps

90 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients. Cut in small. Boil beef for 30 minutes in the 1L hot water

    Fry spices in different pan. Put garlic, salt, pepper, salad onion for 5 minutes

    Mixed the fried spices in the boiling beef

  4. 4

    Add carrot, red bean in the boiling pan until it become soft. Total from the start approximately 90 minutes. Served with rice.
