Wash meat and stockfish season and boil till tender add grinded pepper and palm oil with diced ponmo and allow to cook

Pound ur grinded egusi with onion, a pinch of salt and 1 cube of maggi till oily, then cut in bits into the boiling soup cover allow to cook for 5min, then add ur scent leaf, stir and add ugu leaf. Sommer for 1 min and add grinded crayfish stir and serve with any swallow of choice or rice
