Steps

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add more oil and temper ginger garlic paste

Add salt and turmeric powder and onion

Saute till the onion is brown

Add chicken and cover,keep stiring to avoid sticking at the bottom

Now add curd red chilli Powder and mix well

Add Potatoes and sauce toss well

Add warm water and simmer till everything get combined

Add sugar(optional)and garam masala powder and serve
