Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoya chunks & granules
  • 2medium size onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbspginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tbspgreen chillies paste
  • 2medium size tomatoes chopped
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder, red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder, garam masala
  • 1 tbsppavbhaji masala
  • 1bay leaf, 3_4 cloves& caradamon (roast and crush it)
  • 1 cuprice
  • Coriander leaves, green garlic for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the soya chunks and granules in water for half an hour

  2. 2

    Now heat the oil in cooker then add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste and saute it

  3. 3

    When onions become light brown then add tomatoes in it And add all masalas and cover it for 5 min on low flame

  4. 4

    Now squeeze the soya chunks granules from water and add in to cooker

  5. 5

    Cook it for five minutes

  6. 6

    Now add rice and mix it very well

  7. 7

    Add water and give one whistle

  8. 8

    Serve hot with fry potatoes or yogurt

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander leaves and green garlic leaves

  10. 10

    Enjoy it
