  • 1/2 cupshallots chopped finely
  • 1 cupfresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tblspoons Sriracha depending on your taste
  • 2 Tblspoons Red wine vinegar
  • to tasteSalt

    Squeeze lemons.
