Ingredients

  1. 1brinjal sliced
  2. 1 tspmustard seeds
  3. 1 tbspgram flour
  4. 1/2 cupcurd
  5. 1 tspgreen chilli
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and temper mustard seeds

  2. 2

    Add brinjal slices and saute well adding salt and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add curd and mix well

  4. 4

    Add sugar and gram flour mixed in water and take a boil.

  5. 5

    Serve it with chapati
