Steps

First, add Yoghurt and water in the rava and add salt and leave for half an hour.
Now heat the oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds and fry some cumin seeds and put it in the idli batter.

Now gress the Idli mould and pour the finished batter and steam it for 10 minutes.
Once Idli get cool take it out
Heat some oil and add mustard seeds and some moong Dal in it.

Now put the prepared Idli in it, add turmeric, a little red chilli, salt and some dry chutney and then shake well.

Heat a small spoon of oil, fry the onion in it, fry the tomatoes.
Now, mix the red chilli, roasted tomatoes, roasted onions, roasted onion and grind them into a fine paste.
Now heat a little bit of oil again, add the mustard seeds and moong dal into it.
Now add the roasted chutney to it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add a little lemon juice too.Our chutney is ready.
Serve spicy Idli with sauce.
